I have been playing sims 3 for some years now, but a week ago i got an error when trying to lunch the game.
I got the error 0xc00007b .
I run windows 10, 64 bit.

@Sahararara Did you enable .NET Framework or install from MS. .NET Framework is included in with Win 10 and just needs to be enabled in programs and features.

Ok, good, but the game still not starts with the same error?
Did you restarted the Machine after Sfc /scannow was finished?
If so try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click The Sims 3 > Repair)

I have enabled .net, and then reinstalled it, and then i enabled it again.

@Sahararara try resetting the game to factory. This will tell you if the game is damaged or if the user data is causing the issues. Here is a link how to do this - link - reset Sims 3
