Sim's appearance not changing with age up

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, Get together, City living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Parenthood, Vampires, Outdoor retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Aged up a sim using a cake
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim appeared to age up normally using a cake the same sim cooked. He aged from young adult to adult, but the character model didn't update and he still looks like a young adult even though the game says he's an adult. Going into CAS shows him looking like an adult, but after exiting he still looks like a young adult.
What do you expect to see? The sim appearing like an adult
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

How adult sim appears during gameplay vs how he appears in CAS, with proper age details

@hitsuzen91 What graphics settings do you have your game on ? As you put rarely, I assume it's just this one SIm ?

What happens if you age him down and back up in CAS ?

I play on a laptop so I keep most graphics settings on low or medium, only Sims and view distance are on high.

This is what I've tried so far:

Restarting the game.

Using CAS to age back down and up again.

Aging him down with CAS and using a cake again.

Resetting the sim.

Going to a different lot with another sim and coming back.
