Sim lost weight?! A lot

I tried playing today for the first time since the update earlier this month and to my surprise my sim is now ridiculously skinny (she was rather voluptuous before). Is anyone else having this issue? Just tried repairing and I'll see if that fixes it but not hopeful :'(

The repair seems to have done the trick yay!! Alas my issue with the ultra speed wasn't fixed in the patch after all
