Sim can't leave lot - unknown sim is dying [ Edited ]

I'm at an event and I can't leave when it's over because "someone is dying". I cant find anyone that is dying, cant find the reaper. I've tried ResetSim on everyone in the area, I've tried to reset via Debug (testingcheats). I've tried changing the aging settings.

I cant save, i cant build, i cant leave the lot, i cant edit a sim in CAS via testing cheats. My needs (sleep, hunger, bladder etc.) isn't moving.

Nothing works.

This has happend 2 times now in the same save.

There is no other way out of this situation than to leave the game without saving. 

If you have a second family, first go to their home. Play there a moment and only then switch to the first one. 

It could help

If it will not help  - leave the game. 
When you leave the game find The Sms4 game folder in the Documents.
You can enter directly to Documents from the Start Menu.
There you will see an Electronic Arts folder.
Inside this isThe Sims 4 folder.
Locate where the file named localthumbcache.package is and delete it.
Don't worry, this file will be recreated after the game is turned on.

Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.

Does the second family has to be in the same world?

Of course not. You can keep them where you like.
