Sim Points Keep Disapearing

Hi

I have by knowledge racked up 100+ sim points by watching the adverts - yet when i go from Daily Deals page to Sale page or anyother within Sim3 my points seem to either decrease or disapear, please can you let me know if there is something i can do about this.
