@AnakinHayre It's possible the pack merely got uninstalled. Please open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, find Get to Work on the list, and see if you have an orange Download button, in which case you can just redownload the pack.
If Origin is asking you to Buy Now, please contact EA customer support. Unfortunately, support is kind of swamped right now, so it might take some time to get through. When it's working, support is currently open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.
