With lovely 60% off deal, I decided to buy Sim3 Seasons and Master Suite. I have Mac Laptop so I used Origin to install my games as usual. I was able to install Master Suite with no problem so I went to install Seasons next.
I clicked on Install and finish installed the Seasons.
However... it is nowhere found on my computer.
The game launcher doesn't have Seasons Icon colored as well. I entered the game and find no sign of Seasons in the game expect for the bonus package from the game (the one with redeem code).
I tried Sim3 Uninstaller and Seasons isn't on the list so I wasn't able to uninstall it. I tried to install it again but Origin won't let me because it only have Play button instead install. Basically, it never been installed into my computer but Origin think it already been installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin in hope it will refreshed and let me to install the game again and it doesn't worked. Do anyone know how to fix it?
My game is up to date. Yes, I did install the game in my Admin Account. My Laptop and Origin are up to date as well. I am extremely upset right now since nobody put any effort to help me. I just wasted $11 and nobody is telling me how to fix it..
Thanks

If you want EA to help you with this, you'll need to contact a customer support game advisor.
Everthing else is help by other users and you can't expect us to be online 24/7 on our free time.
You've probably already posted on thesims3.com in the mac forum as suggested in the other thread you've posted in and also tried a complete reinstall following instructions here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Links-to-Mac-help-threads-and-guides/m-p/749664#U749664
So my suggestions is (since I don't have any others) to get in touch with EA directly.
