Show Bills Information Window Not Popping Up

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.133.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on the mailbox in a residential lot, and choose the “Show Bills Information” option
What happens when the bug occurs? A window will not show up
What do you expect to see? A window popping out showing the break down of my sim’s bills.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. June 2020 update

I put a picture to show the option you need to click. 
I click on it and it doesn’t do anything. Not sure if this is supposed to happen? There aren’t any bills due atm so not sure if that’s suppose to be intentional or a bug.

@crinrictSo this seems odd but I found the culprit. A random mod I left in my folder (not sure HOW but it happened lol) caused my bills to not show up! It was lilmssam's (obsolete now) thermostat reduced bills for those who didn't check her updates yet! just deleted it and voila all better!

Are you getting any last exceptions ?

No last exceptions. It just doesn’t pop up. It’s like I click and wait and  *cricket noises* literally nothing comes up lol

I’m going to try on a fresh save. I’m going to assume it won’t work on old saves which is incredibly frustrating.

The same thing is happening to me and i don't have the thermostat littlemssam mod

@sumaiya1999 Probably any mod with bills are broken.

i have no mods with bills in it, i deleted snb bills, and i have mc command centre, but that has been updated already for the patch, and i tested the game without it and it still didnt work
