Sharing my House on Exchange

I have a very big problem. I built a house for a friend of mine and wanted to put it up on exchange so he could get one but issue being I have built the house and when i try to share it it wont let me, it doesnt say why it just says that the attempt to share it failed. 

Someone help me please!

Are you sure you haven't already uploaded it? It's just that that is sometimes the case when I have that issue.

Im certain, i looked and plus i got the attempt failed message plus it wasnt in my uploads folder in the launcher

I am having the same problem.  When I first installed Sims3, I could share the houses, but now I too get the message that Sharing Failed, and I should try again later, but I have done this 5 or 6 times now, and I still get the 'failed' message.

Can anyone help with this issue?
