Service Sims NOT showing up

I've purchased and played Sims 4 Game Pack (Dine Out) yesterday (before was just playing with the base game). Since then, the option for hiring caterer on fridge and stove has disappeared. And, when I hire mixologist, pianist, and maid, they don't show up (but I'm still charged, and when I click the object again, it's greyed out and says they are already in my lot). I was originally playing the game on Mac, and have tried playing in on Windows. However, the error still remains. I already tried selling and repurchasing the objects. It didn't work. Please help me out.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
