Server can't connect internet

Hi,i would like to ask,why when open the sim 3 launcher it always say,"THERE IS A PROBLEM CONNECTING TO THE SERVER,PLEASE ENSURE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS ACTIVE,IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS TRY AGAIN LATER,BECAUSE MY INTERNET WORKING AS WELL
