Serial Code not working?

Hi

I have successfully installed my Sims3, Island Paradise, Design & High Tech disks on my new laptop, but when I go to install my University Life pack, I get the message "invalid product code" - but I have checked and rechecked carefully from the package and I am entering the right code.

Can anyone help please?

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download  with the email and password you use for your  account  my games tab right click the game icon download  If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser
