Screen going black

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Game Click play a saved family - go to building mode Eventually you have to place a room first
What happens when the bug occurs? My whole Screen goes black for a few seconds
What do you expect to see? The screen working as usual.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I moved my family to a new empty slot and then cklicked on the building mode to build a House. The Problem already happend while i tried to zzom in with my Mouse before moving the family to their new Home. It makes building and playing really hard, because every few seconds you can't see anything.

@Rupzidu Does this happen on every save game you play ?

Is Sims the only game you have issues with the screen going black ?

Are you playing on laptop or desktop computer ?

@crinrict I made a second save game and had a lot of problems with just creating the sim, because my screen was still going black everytime.
I am playing on a desktop computer, sims is also the only "real game" i play but the problem dosen´t appare when i use websites to play games.

After moving my sim into an Appartment and saving the game crashed (my screen was flickering black). I tried closing the game or origin but i couldn´t even click anything on my screen because it was just flickering black and white the whole time, after a while my computer just went off. While my Computer was out i unpluged all my cabels from my computer, pluged them all in again and than turned my computer back on. I dind´t lost anything during the crash and i'm not sure what caused it to crash but the good thing is that right now my game is working normal again

Thank you for taking your time to try and help me, i hope the problem isn´t gonna appear again, since i had it for a few days now,

@Rupzidu Yeah, it does sound like it could have been a connection/hardware problem.

Let me know if it comes back.
