Saving Issues sims 4 error 22

Hi!

Everytime I want to save something it appears a message saying that it can't be safe (error code 22). Help me, please!!!

Could you try switching lots and save there or save from manage household.

Also try save as with a new name.

I lost my entire Sims 4 game, everything then it would not save when I tried to play again. I'm getting Error 0.

I have already tried:

Saving to a new file name

Completely uninstalled game and reinstalled

Used the "fix my game" feature in origin

tried contacting EA and CANNOT GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE STUPID CHATS

I am freaking out here!

Please help

I had the exact same problem. I don't even know where to chat them i just made my own seperate post. This setup for "help" is idiotic. Let alone the website giving me an error message half the time as well.

Do you have any virus scan, backup or update running in the background ?
