Saving A Sim to Library Bug [ Edited ]

I don't know what causes this but a weird sim appears in second household pic everytime when I save my sim to library. I disabled the mods and repaired the game to fix the problem, but she(?) still appears. The weird sim disappears when I save other households to library.

I tried to find the fix from this website, but due to my lack of english skills I can't find proper answers to this. I will be thankful to you guys if I can fix the problem.

Remove the CC and see if that doesn't fix the issue.

Yes. I removed cc and repaired the game. But the weird sim still remains.
