After about 3 weeks playing - my saves were about 8 mb each. But suddenly (28 or 29/09/14) they became about 34 mb. Then I deleted all my saves and created new ones. But still ... if I "save" - my saves 21 mb, if I "save as" - 40 mb each. I don't use any mod or CC.

At first I tried post here: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/791146/save-size-suddenly-bloating-post-here#latest But I got message: "You have to be around for a little while longer before you can post links."

I'm really surprised this got no attention at all over much more minor issues because it's a huge problem that eventually hoses your save for good and causes it to crash frequently when you save or change lots.
The root seems to be an insane amount of buffs that suddenly get stuff into the save.
Here is the point where it happened to me with before and after save files:
10.8 MB save 10/13/14 1:57PM
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=DC056E1DEE3FD697%213844
Count of the word "buff" in this save is 26 times.
34.0 MB save 10/13/14 3:37PM
https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=DC056E1DEE3FD697!3845&authkey=!AJ_dQi9PVydZTW8&ithint=file%2cs...
Count of the word "buff" in this save is 563,202 times.
That's just an hour and a half later. There's no way it should be doing that.
And the file just continues to bloat. It ended up being about 56MB when the game got to the point where it crashed on saving so frequently that I just gave up and started over. One user at the official forums has a save file of over 100MB.
Someone really needs to look into this. I linked my save files above with before and after saves which as you can see were made in a short time span.

I've been reading of a lot of players lately screaming about this huge issue. I'm having this problem too which prevents me to play the game as everytime I try to save or travel to a different lot it suddenly crashes loosing all the pregression I've made. It's a big waste of time.
I started a topic in the Sims 4 forums and I reliased there are a lot of simmers which are experiencing this bug.
These are some instances:
http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/791146/save-size-suddenly-bloating-post-here#latest
http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/796579/game-crashes-everytime-i-save-or-i-travel#latest
Sometimes the bloated save size reflects also upon the saving of corrupted files which causes getting the notification "THE SAVE GAME YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO LOAD WAS SAVED WITH A NEWER VERSION OF THE SIMS 4.."
I think the two bugs are related to each other...

I have been doing that as have been others but with all due respect here, that thread was started a month ago and I have yet to see anyone associated with the game in any official capacity even acknowledge that this quite serious problem exists. If they have then I would really appreciate if someone could point out for me where with a link.
I'm just trying to explore all avenues to try and get the attention of someone who can hopefully address this but I will continue to monitor the thread at the official forum as well.
