Save sims 4

I installed Sims 4 with my expansions packs yesterday on a new PC and now i can´t save my game or even go in to the citys. I can only create a new sim but i can´t save the sim or move the sim to a city.

I had some troubles yesterday during the install but i´ve solved it with a guy on EA support but now it´s other troubles getting in my way.

Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?
