Save files not loading. Taken to world view

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My save files won’t load. I click on a save, I go through the entire loading process and then it takes me to the worlds screen, with every save I have. Nothing loads.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my save file
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It was the patch right before/after we received the new eco lifestyle pack.

I’ve waited for new updates, I’ve tried fixing my game, I’ve updated my mods, deleted my cache, made a new saves file. I’m not sure what else to do. I bought eco lifestyle and still haven’t been able to play.
