[SOLUTION] Fix for no sound in Sims 4

I understand that only in The Sims 4 this sound doesn't work.
Remove your mods folder to the desktop.
First, fix the game in Origin
Origin Library /right click on TS4 - option "repair game"
Next, delete your Options file (toothed wheel) in the game folder
Turn on the game and check if the sound is working,
If it is still not working move the entire game folder to the desktop and uninstall the game in Origin. Then install it again, turn on and check if this error disappeared.
If yes- paste and copy from the desktop to the new game folder following folders - Tray and saves.
