Fix for no sound in Sims 4

 After I clicked sims 4 on files there was no options file..... :/

@cyberia-layer-02 try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.

Nothing on here works, please help! after i delete the options and config folder they come back!

I'm still having the issue and neither options work for me because

Solution 1: I don't have either of those folders in Documents >> Sims 4

Solution 2: My settings are currently set on 48000hz

I've tried rolling back my drivers, updating drivers. I've uninstalled the game, took out CC. Nothing works.

Thank you. My speakers worked fine until my daughter put City Life in. I was afraid I would have to get new speakers, and I can't afford them.am a widow.
