SIMS4 Update pauses due to something blocking the process.

When SIMS4 is trying to update through the Origin window the dowload pauses and says it is "waiting for permission." It says that I should "choose Yes when Windows prompts you for permission."

I never get any pop from Windows or anything else.  I have tried disabeling all my virus pertection and firewalls.  Nothing I have tried has worked.  Any help would be apprciated.  Thank you very much.
