SIMS4- RESET NOT WORKING

Hello!

I am out of options and need some help.

In my sims game, I have two active vampire families. 

The problem?

They keep reloading and won't perform any tasks, talk, or anything. 

I've reset each sim, in EACH family. I even went as far as to start a new game with both families and even tried eviction to reset everything. 

I have no clue what's going on but I'm pissed because I'm emotionally invested in the story I've created.
