SIMS4 Crashing during gameplay

Hi.
I have just bought this computer and long awaited SIMS4 for my daughter.
She has been playing MInecraft and been using the PC for general surfing and youtube without crashes.
I have tried several fixes from googling including making a new saves folder, changing settings in origin to not share and lowering the graphics settings.
I am a newbie using this computer and windows 10, so i need to ask for some help.
Have attached the dxdiag
She has not been playing much past setting up before it crashes down, so i assume there isnt much else to report on.
Cant see any crash folders so maybe i assume its the pc?

Your graphics drivers are from 2015.
Try updating those through the AMD page. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Otherwise the specs look good.
