i HAVE SIMS 4 ON MY PC BUT WANT TO PLAY IT NOW ON MY LAPTOP AND THEY WONT LET ME USE THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER ???

@tourmaline123 Have you tried installing Origin on the laptop and installing the game through it. With Origin, you can have your games on multiple devices.

I did try it wont let me says the serial number has been used already

Are you logged into the same Origin account on both devices?

You can not redeem the code twice.

Just log in to the account you have The Sims 4 on and you have it in your game library.
