SIMS 4 completely closes while playing

So it has been a dew days since i’m trying to find a solution to this problem. When i start my game it sometimes show a black screen and crashes. Or sometimes it will load properly but when playing it will crash and close. I’ve tried to remove my mods or create a backup folder but it still does that. Please help me.

@isszzfa   Is your computer a pc or mac? If your computer is a pc please post your compouter's dxdiag - how to get dxdiag report  and attach the txt file to the paper click in the lower right of the forum response window.

@isszzfa  I don't see anything obvious. Does your laptop got real hot when playing this game? Are you playing this game with the power brick plugged in? Is it possible there's a Windows update that's not complete? Could you post the model of the HP notebook. How old is the notebook?

I think my computer needs an update because lately it has been trying to update but unable to do it until the end so i’m going to try and do that.
