hi, so 2 years before i bought sims 4 , which was downloaded in this account ... it worked great but recently my little sister deleted sims 4 by accident  and reinstalled it.

i logged in and tried to install sims 4 and the premium edition again  , origin asked for the serial code but its says its already used....

You shouldn't have to reuse the code. Are you sure you are in the account you used to install the game with the first time?

Are you trying to install the game through Origin and your Game Library?

I am having the same issue with a bundle pack I bought brand new today from ebgames. I tried entering in the code and it comes up with an error saying the code has already been used..

I have tried contacting EA games, can anyone please help?

Hello @littlestussy

are you sure the shop didnt sell you a "returned" game, those most likely have been redeemed and than returned, which is basically a scam.
