SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

I installed my game in Jan of this year. I just tried to launch it and it's giving me two options...1. Activate game...select this option to activate the game by using your product code. 2. Not (username) ?...select this option to log in to a different Origin account. I go to click on the first option and it asks me to give the product code. I went to type it in and it tells me the product code has already been used... I just want to know what I can do to get my game back to where I can play it again. Some one please help??

Did you use that particular product code on a different account in the past?

No. I used it when I installed the game for the first time.

What i meant was if you are using the same account you installed it on the first around.
