i'm having the same problem... i did as you said and went on reload my game but nothing happend

i installed the game already but after a while of playing it it told me to activate my game so i did then it happened again and no problems but when it asked me yesterday i put signed i  to activate it then it tells me the game is already used or something so i put in its code and it tells me its already used but its used only on my account from what i know of and now i cant play it and its realy letting me down

I ve not played sims 4 for a while. Fancied playing it today, keeps saying I need to install, although its already installed. When I followed the insrtuctions it said that my code was already in use (which it is...by me) 

Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm getting quite frustrated that I cant play....

I have downloaded it and it was deleted and now when I try to load it it tells me the code has already been used and I can not get access to my game

I got a new game and it worked so I think I got a hacked or a wrong one

It took 3 hours to download on my pc but this varies with your internet connection
