I have tried everything you said but it won't appear when I reload it. It's like it was never there yet it won't allow me to use my product code. I never even uninstalled it

No I haven't got it to work and I have had it since Xmas sooo annoying so I sent it back and it hasn't come yet but when I do I will post if it works or not

i have logged on but it isnt there i have refreshed it and filtered the games but it isnt coming up?!!??! it just says "this code has already been used" BUT IT IS BRAND NEW

We bought our game for christmas and registered it with an origin account. Now i cannot remember the email or password. I have the box complete with discs and product code can I reset this As i regiustered a new Origin account?
