SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

I have just bought this game today and im experiecing problems with downloading sims 4.  For some reason when i type in the code it tells me that its already been used. I've haven't used this code at all and it simply wont download the sims 4. I'm signed into origin and every time i refresh the games app the game doesnt pop up.  Seriously losing my patenice so if anyone can PLEASE help that would be muh appreciated!

Have you checked to see if you are typing it wrong? 

If that's not the case, you might want to contact customer support and tell them about your issue.

They would most likely give you a working serial after getting all of the details.

I bought the sims on the day of release and have been playing since without any Major problems outside of glichy gameplay. 

I went to play the sims today and Origin is asking me to enter a product key? I enter my key and (Of Course) there is a error code saying that key has already been used.. Which makes perfect sence considering I USED IT.... 

I cannot open the game I own andhave been playing for sometime.
