So I've already downloaded/installed sims 4 and I was able to play it! A few weeks down the line it asked me to verify my product but came up with the code had already been used! Also, the game itself has been removed off my origin library and PC! I tried to reinstall but it keeps saying the code has already been used! urgent help/advice
