SIMS 4 KEEPS ON CRASHING AFTER DELETING SOME SORT OF FILE

I downloaded sims 4 in December before and it worked until I deleted some kind of file this week and now there's only a popup window error saying:
The program Origin.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
(the picture below is the pop-up window)
It was always there when I opened the sims but the game worked out fine.
However, now sims 4 won't open.
What should I do? If you know a way to fix it, please reply ASAP! I love sims 4!!
P.S. I have deleted options.ini (accidentally emptied my trash with that in it) but when I open sims 4, there isn't a new file for options.ini when it is supposed to be there.
I've tried that too but it didn't work...

If you're on a mac, why are you not using the native Mac version ?
Does the game properly show up for you in Origin ?
You probably need to contact a game advisor for further help

Since Feb 2015 there's a mac version of the game.
Judging from your picture you're not using the mac version but PC through an emulator ?
You can download the Origin for mac to your mac and then download the Mac version through the Origin client

@blahsorandom11 Hello, i checked your account and it doesn't have a copy of the game, it was refunded some time ago.
If the game's on another account, make sure you're using that one to try the download.
