SIMS 4 Get To Work HELP

Hi,

I've recently downloaded sims 4 and the Get To Work pack, the game was running fine until I downloaded the new work pack- I built some retail stores etc then a few hours later when I came back to it, it had crashed and the whole lot was covered in rainbow coloured question marks and my sim couldn't enter or leave to go home, now every time I go onto magnolia promenade to work it does the same thing. I have uninstalled, repaired, restored and it still it doing the same. Not sure what else to do...
