SIMS 4 - DISC ERROR

Hi,

I brought Sims 4 today and I went to install it, disc 1 installs fine right up to 93% I insert disc 2 and it keeps saying please insert disc 2, but the disc is already installed. I keep pressing OK to proceed that it's inserted but won't go pass that point.

I went back to EB Games where I brought it and got disc 2 changed for a new disc, re did it and it's the same thing.

What is happening?
