@iiFrapattackzii Did you install TS3 under Origin and now trying to launch the game under the EA app? What antivirus are you using?
Add: in control panel - turn Windows features on or off make sure .net framework 3.5 is turn on.

@iiFrapattackzii The errors in your dxdiag are clear: you need to manually install DirectX 9, as described here:

I am currently having an issue with The Sims 3 on the EA App. Whenever I press play, the EA App closes, then opens after a second or two without launching anything. All of the troubleshoots like resetting cache, didn't work.
