Hi, I've tried everything that you have suggested in other threads and nothing is working. I press play while on the origin app and it minimises for a second and then opens it up again. I'm not sure what to do I think it might just be my computer. I don't know if I did it right but I saved my dxdiag if that helps. Also, after I deleted origin the hard way when I open it now it doesn't load anything other than like the structure of the tab if you get what I mean.

@Lydlovescake  I've moved your post to the master thread for your particular issue.  For Sims 3, you'll need to manually install DirectX 9, as described here:

For the Origin issue, please clear its cache and uninstall it "the hard way," as described in these articles:

Reinstall Origin using the full installer (direct download link):

http://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe

Run the installer as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart when you're done, and run Origin itself as an admin too.  If it still doesn't open, let me know.

I've just downloaded tsm3 and 2 expansions. I've just tried opening it through origin and it comes off for a few seconds and goes back on, I tried just clicking the icon on my desktop and nothing. I read some solutions like turning Wi-Fi  off, removing tsm3 file from the EA folder but nothing is working. I'm not the best with computers so any help would be greatly appreciated.
