Heya everyone! I have had loads of errors before but I have never seen this one. I am unable to find the file mentioned in error. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

this looks like an issue with the Catalyst Control Center that comes with your AMD graphics card/chip
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
You should be able to download it through the AMD page: https://www.amd.com/en/support
