What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs except Snowy Escape, Journey to Batuu. I have Vintage Glamour, Toddler Stuff, Laundry Day, Tiny living, My first pet, Movie Hangout, and Kids room stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This has only happened once but when my baby aged into a toddler.
What happens when the bug occurs? My toddler has a glowing brain and eyes like the servo robot from university.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a normal toddler without robot eyes or head.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

the glowing head thing in the picture happens to me when I have a custom hair that for whatever reason is broken and the game randomly assigns that hair. Does changing the hair fix the issues?
