Hi I have recently bought a code for Roaring Heights but every time I try to redeem it, it says that the system is down and I am unable to get the link to install. Please help - it is super frustrating as I have been trying for days. Can anyone tell me if the system is indeed down and if not what the problem might be? Loulou

@LouPryor Where did you buy RH? Where are you yrying to redeem the code? You can redeem the code at Origin or thesims3.com.

I have the same problem with Roaring Heights, I have the code but it won't let me redeem it.
Edit: Just noticed the 'me too' button, but on another note: How do I like report a bug/whatever for this?

@EA_Mai I talked with the Adviser for a bit and they told me to do some things before eventually taking the reigns theirself. They ended up having the same problem as I did(the code wouldn't redeem) and eventually brought in a specialist because this is a known bug. We ended the chat and now I'm currently waiting on an email from said specialist, which is apparently going to come once they've solved the issue. Something tells me this isn't something we're going to be able to fix on our end(our end being the customer's end), but either way, that's what's happened so far.
Edit: All in all, lukewarm, the problem isn't solved yet but it hopefully will be soon
