Retail store Naked Problem sims 4

I have a problem with my retail store, because I have made an outfit for my employees to wear. They do, but the sims from my household and some costumers walk around naked and I don't know how to fix this problem. It is getting really annoying. Can anyone please help me fix this problem??

Remove the clothing Optional trait from the lot.

You can find it in Build-mode at the right top corner. The icon of house.
