Resturaunt Staff Has Been Wiped! [ Edited ]

Dine out has SERIOUS bug issues. Everytime I try to click on a uniform it wipes all my staff and I have to hire newbies again, When you click on a uniform it doesn't just select it but goes to CAS without clicking the little edit pencil. When you come out of CAS I no longer own the resturaunt... PLEASE HELP!!
