Restarting Download/ Installation

So I bought the Seasons expansion from a third-party retailer and I redeemed the code that day. However, I had also been downloading some other games and it was late so I cancelled the download and went to bed. Now that I am trying to download it again I can't seem to find how. On the EA website it says to go to 'view game details' and select the pack to download but this doesn't work.

I was wondering if anyone knew how to restart expansion pack downloads? I can't seem to figure out how! I've cleaned my cache already too but to no avail.

Rightclick the game in your Library and select Repair.

Im having the same problem but my game isn't even showing up in my game library. when I open the sims 4 to play it does say I have the content and its available for download but I cant find it to redownload it. please help!
