Renaming Sims 3 Store files

I've downloaded certain lots or venues from the Store for my Sims 3 game and they show up in the launcher labeled with only a single number.  For example, when looking up Graham's Pet Swap Shop, it's listed merely as '4', in both the launcher and the Downloads folder.  My question is, can I safely rename this download so that it reflects what the download actually is, and have it still perform correctly in-game?
