Registration code lost

I lost my registration code but still have the box with the serial code. Is there anyway to redeem this code using the serial number?

Do you mean you lost your disc? The serial code and registration code are the same thing

If you'd like to download your games:

• download the Origin client http://origin.com/download
• Register your game if it isn't already registered by going through redeem product code in the Origin dropdown menu
• Go to your My Games
• Download

Hallo!

I have also ost my registration code, I´ve got the disc and the box but no code, I have registred that game on to the place were the sims 3 store is but I dont know how to find it. could you help me?

There are a few methods to try if you have lost your serial code.

• Finding it on Origin
• Finding it in the registry/Terminal if you have a MAC
• Contacting customer support

Finding it on Origin

Open and login to the Origin client (if you do not have it already installed, you can download it here: http://origin.com/download )
Go to your My Games
Find the game "icon" and right-click on it
View Game Details
You'll see the code under Product Code

Finding it in the registry [PC]:

You need to be signed in as an Administrator first. Windows may require your permission to open the
Registry Editor and if so, just click on yes.

Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type regedit in the search bar and press Enter.
Click on 'File' at the top left of the window that opens then click on Export.
Choose a location and name for the file as this will be your backup registry file.
Click Save.
This backup is created just as a precaution.
Now to find your serial codes for each specific EP or SP installed on your computer:

Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
Expand the SOFTWARE folder (Wow6432Node for 64 bit systems)
Expand the Electronic Arts folder.
Expand the Sims folder
Expand the EP or SP you need the code for
Click on ergc and in the box to the right under 'Data' you will see the code
Write it down somewhere safe
Repeat above steps for each EP
