Registration Question

Okay so I know that a long time ago I had registered my Sims 3 online on to some account that I no longer know the name or password too. I have a new account now that has Ambition registered and of course I can't get the base game registered as it seems to have already been done. Is there any way I can find out what account a serial code is registered to? I do have the code.

You have to contact EA for account info but their chat and call backs are not working at the moment, I have been wating for 4 hours.  but here is contact info
