Registering a game

Hi EA I just got the sims 3 university life and I tried to register it on the sims3.com but it's saying that I entered it wrong but I entered the code in again and it said the same thing on my windows 7 computer please help

Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU! To get your accounts connected, simply use the same details as you use for Origin.
