Refund me please!!

I have requested for a refund 11 days ago but I haven't yet to receive it. I was told that I was going to be notified in 48 hours but not one letter was sent to me. When I try to open the case page, it gives me 404 error message. It's been too long. Please, give me my money back!

Your fellow players won't give you any money. You'll have to talk to EA for that.

@mellowr I see that you've already been in touch but that your case may have fallen through the cracks.

I've put it back where it belongs and it should be getting looked at soon. Standard smile
