Redeem my Code

I bought  The Sims™ 3 Ambition online and now I want to redeem my code, so that I can REGISTER my GAME, but it say my code has already been used. How can I register my game if my code has already been used?

Hiya bola28, I don't think is currently possible. I'd contact EA Customer support just to be certain though.
