Redeem code gave me different world than paid for

I purchased two worlds for Sims 3 today.. the first was Barnacle Bay and the redeem code worked for it, then I paid for the Dragon Valley Gold edition and when I entered the redeem code and went to download, it listed Barnacle Bay twice and no Dragon Valley Gold. I re-entered the code I got for Dragon Valley Gold and was told the code was already used, but still no Dragon Valley Gold listed in my purchases, only TWO Barnacle Bays. I'd like the dragons please, so how we we fix this problem?

@RizonSon  You'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help.  No one on this site has access to your account data, much less the ability to add or change your owned content.

It would help to upload screenshots of what you've described, plus receipts or email confirmations you received after purchase.
