I used to own a Sims 3 Exchange account that I would use regularly. Then my only computer broke, a year later I finally have a computer again to play. I forgot my password for my account, so I reset it, then go to download something and my serial code is missing? Umm, okay. (I have it through Steam) I find my serial, go to re=fill it, and it says that my serial is already in use? I've spent so long trying to get my Sims stuff back together, even trying to safely find other mods. It's been weeks and I'm so tired. Someone help.
